  1. Maria is going to be ecstatic when she see's how fast she ran that 100m!!!!!!!

Congratulations to Helen on such an awesome 3k, she is in great form.

Oh and did anyone find Wally - it took me at least an hour!!!!

  2. 13.64! Wow, that's fast. Of course, everyone ran well because it was a well directed meet.

2:47 again Katie - well done! So consistent. A 20 second PB for Helen - it'a amazing how fast people who have turned 45 can run! And what about Tony's 2:51!

  3. I think Katie took two seconds off her official pb. Her other 2:47 was an unofficial relay time I think?

There is no truth in the suggestion that I have modified the official times of Team Moore athletes. I can assure you I definitely did not change the times of anyone who failed to bribe me.

Actually Maria will be less than ecstatic when she sees her new Daniels handicap.

Still, would she sooner have an ACT record, or have a chance of a handicap win?

Helen has been improving dramatically in the BBQ Stakes and confirmed this improvement despite a large positive split in the 3000. More pb's to come for sure!

  4. Oh, it wasn't Maria after all, Jim tells me it was a "T. O'Reilly".

  5. ET, Speedy Goose is right (who said that!), it was an all time PB. Geoff clocked me in a relay at 2:47 (it was more like 2:48) but I did this one on my own - Yippppeeee!!!!!!!

I can't wait for the next 800m I am beginning to understand them better :0)

Yes, Tony continues to improve every week, not bad for a really old fella hey!!
