My back is great, I came through the Oakey Hill effort with flying colours. Now for the big one next week. The Queensland Half. Something to which to look forward.

    Do you have a specific target time that you are aiming for ?

    Sub 93 mins, or perhaps sub 90 mins...what are you hoping for ?

  2. Thanks Griffin. Because you asked,
    Plan A break 93:40, this year's pb (as run not at "Canberra" which was a shocker, but at "Weston Creek")

    Plan B break 90:00. If I do it will be for only the second time since the early 1990s.

    Plan C break 87:30, which is my 2006 target. If I miss it at Brisbane I only have one more go, at the Vets.

    Plan D break 85:00, which is my longer term (by 2008) goal.

    The odds of any of these targets being achieved at this time is low. However I am going to attempt 87:30 pace. (Ho Ho Ho)
