ReplyDeleteBowerman is the famous Oregon track coach who invented jogging and said "Hey You Did Just Great" to everyone who ran. He also coached Prefontaine, so he must have done something right. Despite Bowerman's credentials, I prefer a Ewen quote any day. Ewen is an Aussie.
