Three slow geese and a speedy gosling set a new hands-holding record of 4:49.42, while the previous record hand-holders can only look on in awe.

    I had KT at 2:43ish. Kevin was class - a huge last 200m. Splits of 81/71!

    If CJ stops chatting during the race she'll soon be giving KT some curry in the 3000.
