Narcissism

Some say sport and running teach you great lessons about life. But are they always positive lessons? For example, while self-confidence is a good thing, self-admiration is not necessarily a virtue.

  2. That's Christine looking good, not me. She ran a negative split too. She's the only one who passed me- several times too- towards the end.
