This is my song of the week - "Blood", by The Middle East, a new group from Australia..


On the running front, it's a bit of a struggle resuming after holidays, but I will get there. I should be back into some sort of routine by Monday.
Monday of course is our training group dinner.
That's the kind of routine I like.

  1. Like the music, don't like the voice, too many pitch inflections grates on me. It's been on Triple J for a while now. I am going through an Eskimo Joe phase at the moment. Well, Shostakovic more, but most people don't listen to that. Go Shosta:)
