Stromlo training last Saturday: rather warm; we met at Deeks Forest Park and ran 3 x 1km. Troy averaged about 3:10-3:15, Heidi, Amanda, Janene & I all averaged around 3:40 or so, and Tony averaged under 4 minutes for the first time.
Australian Idol: Stan is still the man, it's down to the last two, and there's one week to go.
