It appears there will be small fields in the coldest Winter CCC events this year. The Mt Ainslie Vets handicap on 27 June will attract much larger fields, however cold it is that morning! Good turn-out in perfect conditions for this morning's Canada Fun Run, however.

The laps indicated in the schedule refer to the Stromlo course but I'm not sure they still apply to Weston Park?

  1. I'll try and get there for the early warm-up, but don't wait! I need a warm-up for the early warm-up as Craig and the Jens run at a cracking pace.

    There are some geese photos from Weston Pk on the actathletics site - including a zoomy one of me with my ginormous 6" stride ;)

  2. Just the right stride length for the 6" track?
    Some Mondays I will be doing a warm-up for the warm-up. If I need a longer long day.

  3. No. Too expansive. A 3" stride is all that's need for 6' track due to the excessive amount of walking up mountains.
