Strength exercise #3. Chin-Ups
- Grasp an overhead bar with a reverse grip as shown
- Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar
- Slowly lower yourself back down
Variations - Perform with a wide grip i.e. hands wide apart on the bar, palms facing away from you
