Training last night at Parliament House: Thach, Nadine & I ran 8k while it was still a bit warm, then in the main session Nadine & I were joined by Andrew, Andy, Bronwyn, Christopher, Colin, Craig, Kym, Ruth, Tim, Warrick & Yelena for a 30 minute cardio + exercises on the fitness circuit.
Exercises included push-ups, dips, chin-ups (I managed three) and the plank. I shall add another exercise next week.
We are not breaking for the holiday season: Monday night training will continue through Christmas and into January.
