Dickson Training last night, we ran our last session of longer intervals for a while, a two lap timed run followed by three more two lap runs, with handicap starts. Tori & I ran 12k early, then in the main session we had Colin, Joel, Roger, Nadine, Suzie, Neil, Jeni, Miranda, Janene & Ruth. I usually keep the intense part of our sessions to half an hour...
