a nice day at the office

A highlight of last night's Vets track meet was another big PB by Craig, this time in the 5000m. Craig reduced his PB from 21:30 to 20:27, a nice improvement of 63 seconds. The target was to run evenly at ~100 seconds per lap; lap splits ended up being
99, 100, 99, 98, 99,
99, 98, 99, 99, 99
99, 95, & 44 for the last 200m.
Conditions were cold, windy early on but improving towards the end.
