Monday 25th: Ewen and I ran early at Parliament House, Marie and Julia did the warm-up, then running 12 x 160m ramp intervals at Reconciliation Place were Alex, Andy, Diana, Garry, Isaac, Jen, Thommo, Peter, Pieta, Rae, Susan and Warrick.
